Ordering
You can order from us by using our online secure store, phone or e-mail. We will then contact you by e-mail after receiving your order to confirm that we have received it. We only deliver to physical addresses. We do not deliver to postal boxes or private bags. Orders are delivered via CourierPost in most cases, with tracking facilities available. Orders placed outside of New Zealand, note: The purchaser agrees that in ordering product from the website that the total payment for that order be substituted for a payment of regular mail-out information on our equine health products. Supplements you order will be sent to you at no charge. You will still receive your items as ordered. For clarification please contact us.
Online Security
We are committed to making your shopping experience with us a safe one. All of the personal details included in the transmission to us can only be seen by our staff and not by a third party. Our secure Payment Gateway is hosted by Stripe, and as such Stripe takes care of the security of your credit card details and information.
SMS Marketing Terms
By consenting to The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS Service Description: You will receive SMS messages from The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers for equine supplements, and review requests. Messages are sent from our business name "The Trainers Locker NZ" or associated short codes.
Abandoned Checkout: Our SMS service includes abandoned checkout reminders to help you complete purchases you may have started but not finished.
Opt-Out Instructions: If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within our messages. You understand and agree that the primary method for opting out of our SMS program is to reply with specific keywords (such as 'STOP,' 'END,' 'UNSUBSCRIBE,' 'CANCEL,' or 'QUIT'), or to use the unsubscribe link provided. We will also honor any other requests that clearly express your desire to opt out, including phrases like 'please opt me out.'

Fees: We do not charge for the SMS service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Changed Numbers and Failed Messages: We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
Privacy: Your right to privacy is important to us. You can see our Privacy Policy to determine how we collect and use your personal information.
Dispatch
Please note that business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before midday (New Zealand time), on any business day that day. However, this may not happen for a variety of reasons and you should allow 2-3 business days for an order to be dispatched. Rural delivery addresses can take up to 5 working days. We will communicate with you should the dispatch date be longer than three business days from your order date.
Delivery
The delivery times noted on the website and your order confirmation are the indicative timings advised by CourierPost. Orders are packed and dispatched in Auckland. The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays in New Zealand and rural delivery addresses.
Our Guarantee
The Trainers Locker NZ are totally committed to quality and service. We absolutely guarantee the quality of all our products. If however we erroneously send you the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in a re-saleable condition i.e. unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of you receiving them. We are not able to exchange or refund goods which have been used. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.
Returns and Exchanges - Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility. If, however, an error was made in processing your order, or the product was found to be faulty, we will gladly reimburse you for any postal and handling expenses.
We will accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product arrives severely damaged or is defunct/not fit for purpose.
- You contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return.
To request a return, please email us at contact@thetrainerslocker.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please note:
- Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging where possible.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 days once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement
1. Arbitration
By using or purchasing The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd products or services, you agree that any controversy, claim, action, or dispute between you and The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd arising out of or relating to: (a) these Terms, or the breach thereof; or (b) your access to or use of The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd's website or the services or the materials; or (c) any alleged violation of any federal or state or local law, statute or ordinance (each such controversy or claim, a "Claim"), shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the Resolution Institute (New Zealand) in accordance with its applicable rules.
Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution in which parties agree to submit their disputes and potential disputes to a neutral third person (called an arbitrator) for a binding decision, instead of having such dispute(s) decided in a lawsuit, in court, by a judge or jury trial. The arbitrator is obligated to issue a reasoned award in writing, including all findings of fact and law upon which the award was made. Each party's attorneys' fees, expert costs, and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with arbitration will be borne by the party incurring such costs and expenses.
2. Arbitration Procedures
Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. Arbitrations shall be held in Auckland, New Zealand, but the parties may choose whether to appear in person, by phone, or through the submission of documents. The arbitration shall be governed by New Zealand arbitration law. Any disputes in this regard shall be resolved exclusively by an arbitrator. All disputes with respect to whether the foregoing mutual arbitration provisions are unenforceable, unconscionable, applicable, valid, void or voidable shall be determined exclusively by an arbitrator, and not by any court.
3. Exclusion from Arbitration
Notwithstanding the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, you may choose to pursue a Claim in court and not by arbitration if you opt-out of these arbitration procedures within 30 days from the date that you first purchase any of The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd's products or services (the "Opt-Out Deadline"). You may opt out by mailing a written notification to The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd, contact@thetrainerslocker.co.nz. Your written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, and (3) a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration. Your decision to opt-out will have no adverse effect on your relationship with The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd. You are responsible for ensuring The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd's receipt of your opt-out notice, and you therefore may wish to send a notice by means that provide a written receipt. Any opt-out request received after the Opt-Out Deadline will not be valid and you must pursue your Claim in arbitration.
4. Class Action Waiver
You and The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd agree that you may bring or participate in Claims against The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both you and The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained in this Agreement, any Claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.
Subscription Policy for The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd
1. General Information
This Subscription Policy governs the subscription services offered by The Trainers Locker NZ Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") for equine supplements and related products. By enrolling in our subscription service, you ("you" or "customer") agree to the terms outlined in this policy, in addition to our general Terms of Use.
2. Subscription Enrolment
- Eligibility: Subscriptions are available to customers who provide valid payment information and a shipping address within our service areas.
- Enrolment Process: You may enroll in a subscription through our website by selecting a product, subscription frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly), and providing payment and shipping details.
- Confirmation: Upon successful enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your subscription plan, including product(s), billing cycle, and delivery schedule.
3. Subscription Billing
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) based on the selected plan. The billing date is determined by the date of your initial subscription purchase.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. You must provide valid payment information to maintain an active subscription.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to two additional times within 7 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled, and you will be notified via email.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes, and continued subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Delivery
- Shipping: Products are shipped according to the schedule selected at enrolment. Standard shipping times and costs apply as outlined at the checkout at time of subscription purchase.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you experience delivery issues.
- Address Changes: You may update your shipping address through your account on our website at least 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications: You may modify your subscription (e.g., change product, frequency, or quantity) through your account on our website. Changes must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to take effect for that cycle.
- Pausing Subscriptions: You may pause your subscription at any time in the account management portal. You will not be charged. You can resume your subscription at any point.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that cycle. No refunds will be issued for products already shipped or payments processed.
6. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Return Policy. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
- Returns: Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Subscription products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including payment and shipping details.
- Product Use: Our equine supplements are intended for use as directed. Consult a veterinarian before use. We are not liable for misuse of products.
- Notifications: You agree to receive subscription-related communications, including billing reminders and shipping updates, via email or other contact methods provided.
8. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or violation of this policy or our Terms of Use. You will be notified of any termination and the reason for it.
